RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day:
- On which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods; or
- On which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last item or partial shipment where several goods were ordered in one order and delivered separately; or
- On which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the first delivery in the case of contracts for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period.
For service contracts, the withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform LOGINOUT GmbH of your decision by means of a clear and unequivocal statement.

4. Withdrawal Deadline
The withdrawal period is deemed to have been observed if you send your notification before the fourteen-day withdrawal period expires.
5. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, LOGINOUT GmbH shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option).
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
No reimbursement fees will be charged.
6. Return of Goods
Returned goods must be sent without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
LOGINOUT may withhold reimbursement until:
- the returned goods have been received; or
- proof of shipment has been provided,
whichever occurs first.
The customer is liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds are normally processed within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the returned goods or proof of shipment.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Goods manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
• Perishable goods.
• Sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
• Digital content not supplied on a physical medium after download or activation, provided the customer expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.
• Fully performed services where the customer expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed.
• Newspapers, magazines and periodicals, except subscription contracts.
• Public auctions.
• Accommodation, transport, vehicle rental, catering or leisure services for a specific date or period.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
The statutory right of withdrawal does not affect your legal rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered products.
Where products arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact LOGINOUT as soon as reasonably possible so that an appropriate solution can be arranged.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights provided under German or European Union law.

12. Applicable Law
This Right of Withdrawal shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Mandatory consumer protection rights under European Union law remain unaffected.
