Transparency Before Cooperation Begins

At LOGINOUT, we believe that trust starts with clear information.

Before a customer, buyer, supplier or business partner decides to use our services, they should be able to understand who we are, how to contact us, which services we provide and which general conditions apply.

This document provides the information required under the German Dienstleistungs-Informationspflichten-Verordnung (DL-InfoV) and complements our Impressum, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Buyer Protection Policy, Shipping Policy and Right of Withdrawal Policy. The DL-InfoV requires service providers within its scope to make specified company and service information permanently available and to provide certain additional information upon request.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, LOGINOUT acts as a platform, coordinator or facilitator and does not automatically become the manufacturer, seller, exporter, importer, carrier or insurer in transactions concluded between independent parties.

4. Essential Characteristics of the Services

The main characteristics of each service will be communicated before a binding contract is concluded.

Where a written individual agreement exists, that agreement takes precedence over general descriptions published on the website.

5. Prices and Commercial Conditions

Where a fixed price has been established in advance, the applicable price will be communicated clearly before the contract is concluded.

Where an exact price cannot reasonably be stated in advance, LOGINOUT will provide, as applicable:

The method used to calculate the price;
A sufficiently detailed cost estimate;
An individual quotation; or
Information concerning hourly rates, commissions, platform fees or other relevant charges.

Additional costs such as taxes, customs duties, transport, insurance, certification, inspection or third-party expenses will be identified where applicable before the relevant transaction becomes binding.

The DL-InfoV requires relevant price information or a sufficiently clear calculation basis to be provided before the conclusion of a written contract or, where there is no written contract, before the service is performed.

The use of the LOGINOUT website and platform is governed by our:

Separate written agreements take precedence where they contain provisions specifically negotiated for a transaction or project.

7. Professional Regulations

LOGINOUT does not currently provide services belonging to a regulated profession that requires mandatory membership in a professional chamber.

No specific professional title or regulated professional rules apply to the company’s general platform, marketplace, consulting and coordination activities.

Where a specific activity requires regulated external expertise, LOGINOUT may cooperate with appropriately qualified lawyers, tax advisers, auditors, certification bodies, customs specialists or other independent professionals.

Those professionals remain subject to their own professional regulations and responsibilities.

8. Professional Liability Insurance

Information concerning professional liability insurance will be disclosed where such insurance applies to the relevant service or where disclosure is legally required.

LOGINOUT does not represent through this document that insurance protection exists for every platform activity, transaction, supplier, buyer, product or logistics process.

Where a specific service is covered by professional, business or directors’ and officers’ insurance, the relevant scope, insurer and territorial coverage may be provided separately where necessary.

9. Multidisciplinary Activities and Conflicts of Interest

LOGINOUT combines different areas of activity within one international ecosystem, including marketplace services, consulting, logistics coordination, knowledge development and sustainable business projects.

Where different activities are connected within the same project, LOGINOUT seeks to identify the role of each participant clearly and to avoid conflicts of interest through:

Transparent communication;
Separation of responsibilities;
Written project scopes;
Disclosure of relevant commercial relationships;
Confidential treatment of information; and
Independent professional advice where appropriate.

Additional information concerning multidisciplinary activities or measures taken to avoid conflicts of interest may be provided upon request, as contemplated by the DL-InfoV.

Where a particular supplier, certification, project or service is subject to a specific code of conduct, certification standard or external regulation, the applicable information will be identified separately.

11. Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within fourteen days.

The beginning of the withdrawal period, the consequences of withdrawal and the statutory exceptions depend on the type of goods or services involved.

13. Complaints and Direct Resolution

Questions or complaints should first be sent to:

LOGINOUT seeks to resolve concerns through direct, respectful and documented communication.

Where LOGINOUT is acting only as an intermediary, we may assist communication between the buyer, supplier or other parties without assuming the role of a court or arbitrator.

14. Consumer Dispute Resolution

The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer available. It was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and should therefore not be presented as an active complaint platform.

In accordance with the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act — Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz:

LOG IN OUT GmbH is neither willing nor legally obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless a specific mandatory legal obligation applies.

German law requires businesses maintaining a website or using general terms to state clearly whether they are willing or obliged to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. Where a consumer dispute has already arisen and could not be resolved directly, additional information duties may apply.

This declaration does not restrict a consumer’s right to pursue legal remedies before the competent courts.

15. Applicable Law

Unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise, legal relationships involving LOGINOUT are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

For international B2B contracts, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods — CISG — is excluded unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.

For consumers, mandatory rights under the law of their habitual country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.

The place of jurisdiction for business customers shall be Munich, Germany, where legally permissible.

16. Contract Language

Unless otherwise agreed, the contractual language is English or German.

Where translations are provided, the version expressly designated in the relevant contract as controlling shall prevail in the event of discrepancies.

17. Intellectual Property

All LOGINOUT texts, structures, designs, logos, illustrations, software concepts, documentation and visual elements are protected under applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

The LOGINOUT name, logo, visual identity and associated materials are protected assets of LOG IN OUT GmbH.

Content may not be copied, modified, distributed, published or commercially used without prior written authorization, except where permitted by mandatory law.
